Mrs J Lobley

Jan has a wide range of leadership experience that culminated in an Executive Headteacher role where she improved the Ofsted grading of both schools in the federation, with one being judged as outstanding.

Jan has continued to provide school improvement and leadership support to schools in both Tower Hamlets and Havering.  She has also worked to support trainee teachers at the University of East London.

Jan provides support across the primary age range, however specialises in Early Years and Key Stage 1.
