Family Support Workers

Each school in The Hornchurch Academy Trust has a Local Family Support Worker who is supported by a Senior Family Support Worker.  Local Family Support Workers work for individual schools, whilst the Senior Family Support Worker works across all schools within the Trust to support, children and families by reducing barriers to learning.  This is determined by individual situations and individual needs.   The aim is always to achieve best outcomes for children and families by supporting them in the best way possible.

Please find information regarding our Family Support Worker team.  If you do have any other queries that are not answered in the attached documents please do note hesitate to contact the school office where your child attends.  The school will be able to help direct you to either the school based Family Support Worker or Mrs A Wallin (Senior Family Support Worker).
