Mr R Epps

Richard has over forty years experience as Headteacher, Trust leader and principal LA adviser. He has been Headteacher of primary schools ranging from 90 to 800 on role and has led three schools from special measures to secure.

As a senior and principal adviser, Richard has specialised in leadership development, improving provision and inclusion.

He was Headteacher of a founding school in a MAT and has worked with three other MATs developing their quality of provision, infrastructure and expanding the MAT.
